Episode 37 - Hospitality - Tanya Peterson
Heilsa All!
We are back from the East Coast Thing 2009 and thrilled to present to you one of the many great classes. Tanya Peterson is a member of this year’s hosting kindred, Gladsheim. She presented a class on Hospitality, that we thought was excellent and worthy of a listen. She uses the Havamal to break down modern ethics concerning how to be a good guest, a good host as well as appropriate internet and every day hospitality.
Many thanks to Tanya for letting us record her class.

So I’m hoping you guys check your comments because I didn’t see a spot that I could email you but I did have an idea for a topic. I’m not sure if you’ve covered it yet but relating the Havamal to relationships, married or otherwise and how we should look at those and treat those. I simply think it would be interesting to share with a friend of mine. By the way, thank you so much for providing this pod cast. It inspires me to do more and study more and spend more time focusing on where I need to open my life up to the Gods a bit more. So thank you!

I’m hoping you do too since you didn’t leave an email addy.
I’m just guessing that you are talking about the Havamal and the person advice that it gives which I would suggest, is, well:
81. At eve the day is to be praised, a woman after she is burnt, a sword after it is proved, a maid after she is married, ice after it has passed away, beer after it is drunk.
…perhaps a little harsh.
